Our Story

Stuart Goldberg started practicing law in 1983 and holds both a Juris Doctor and an advanced law degree (LL.M.) in taxation. He is board certified in wills, trusts and estates law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. In addition, Mr. Goldberg has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's AV peer review rating*, the company's most prestigious rating for legal ability and ethical standards.

Since the time of his graduation from Harvard Law School, Arthur Stern has concentrated his practice in estate, business and tax planning in private practice, as a tax trial lawyer for the Department of Justice, and as corporate counsel. As a member of both the Florida Bar and New York State Bar Association, he can also assist clients who wish to consider changes to their legal residence and address tax and other issues of maintaining residences in more than one state.
